Kings Park West Townhouses (KPWTH) was first developed around 1976. The community has 127 attractive, modern brick and siding townhomes, located at the intersections of Roberts, Braddock and Tapestry roads It is also adjacent to George Mason University, the largest university in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Kings Park West Townhouses have broad access to many conveniences, such as Fairfax City, Fair City Mall, the Capital Beltway and the Fairfax County Parkway. We are just over 30 minutes from Washington, DC. We are convenient to shops at University Mall, Twinbrook Shopping Center and several other malls with major national retailers. Many students in the community attend nearby Robinson Secondary School which is within walking distance. Others attend George Mason University.
